In this episode, we talk about toxic relationships! If you have ever been in one or are currently in one, I'm sure you'll feel every emotion I experienced during this episode. This one definitely was an emotional rollercoaster but I am so open to sharing these experiences with you all because I know we've all been there at some point in our life and its a hard process (which I say quite often in this episode)
