Hi Everyone!! and welcome to episode 4, where we talk about the importance of sharing our emotions which include our thoughts, and feelings about people or things in our life. I shared my perspective on emotions and if I share them or hide them with people close to me. We also talked about how people in our life view us differently than we may view ourselves and how it's important to be open to listening to other people's views... not to feel bad about ourselves but in order to learn and grow.
